Cassandra and Declan both helped us with our big breakfast preparations on Saturday morning. They LOVE helping to cook. Doesn’t matter what it is, they’re in! 🙂 Lover finished up working on my parents’ church’s website in Spain, and it went live this morning! Very exciting.
After breakfast we headed up to Stapleton to pick up a bigger dresser for Keilana. She’s getting bigger, and her clothes are bigger, so they’re not fitting in her current dresser! 🙂 We loaded up the dresser and brought it home, and then went back out to run a couple of other errands. I was really tired again (haven’t been sleeping great at night) so I took a long nap once we got home. Lover put on the Badgers game, and when I woke up we watched that for a bit while I worked on writing recaps. I was really far behind!
Then KK went to a birthday party for a friend from school, and the rest of us hung out. We played some games, cleaned up the house, and then Cassandra helped me make molasses ginger cookies. They’re some of Lover’s favorites, and they’re FANTASTIC dunked in tea. Lover picked up Keilana from her party, we put the kids to bed, and then we talked to Dan and Cat in CA for a couple of hours. It was nice to catch up and visit with them for a while. They’re doing well, but getting stir crazy!
