Friday I got a little more writing in, but we also focused on getting a lot of baking and cooking done! We made lots of batches of bread to give to our friends for Christmas. Javi helped me peel up a BUNCH of apples, and we got them cooking down in the pot to make a big batch of applesauce. We ended up being able to fill four big jars with sauce, so that is super exciting!
We were hoping to spend time with some friends today, but they had a calendar mixup, so we won’t do that until tomorrow. Instead, we worked on finishing up our prep work, and played some games. We also worked on making some tags for our gifts, and Cassandra made a colossal mess with the leftovers. :P) It was a super productive day, and a long, full week, so by the end of the day I was so ready for bed!
