Today we did our last Zoom meeting for MOPS! I’m thankful for technology that allowed us to still hang out throughout the last few months, but it was still an odd and abrupt way to end the year. We had our best attendance yet though, and that was nice.
I made chicken Caesar salads with homemade croutons for lunch – so yummy! We ate outside – a frequent occurrence lately and so relaxing. Cassandra and I enjoyed lots of snuggles on the deck – she’s been my little snuggle bug lately!
It was a hot, HOT, day, so we waited up for it to cool down and then went for a long walk in the cool of the evening. We just embraced that the kids were going to stay up late, and everyone got in their pjs before we went out. The sunset was incredible – so beautiful!
